## Description

TicketRef is a fan-to-fan ticket exchange designed to make buying and selling tickets for live events more secure and less stressful. Founded by fans and brokers who experienced problems with existing transactions, the company provides a service that manages payment and ticket transfer between sellers and buyers. Sellers create a free account, post their ticket details, and share a listing link directly or on social media. Buyers pay online using major credit or debit cards, with payment processing handled by Stripe. TicketRef coordinates the ticket transfer to the buyer’s Ticketmaster or AXS account and says buyers receive a full refund if tickets are not delivered. Sellers are paid the day after the event, a timing intended to protect everyone involved. The platform emphasizes customer support, secure transactions, and clear fees without hidden costs, though its site provides differing fee details in different sections. TicketRef also offers guidance through its frequently asked questions and terms of use, helping users understand the process and address common transaction concerns.
