## Description

TicketRobin is a ticket-alert service that helps people find seats for sold-out or hard-to-get events. It monitors ticket availability and notifies users when tickets matching their preferences appear, including returns, additional releases, and resale drops. The service covers gigs, concerts, sports, and theatre, with event tracking available globally.

Users set an alert by choosing an event, ticket quantity, ticket type, and optional maximum price, then select where to receive notifications. Alerts can arrive by email, WhatsApp, or app push. TicketRobin offers a free tracker that checks hourly, alongside paid, one-off options: Fast checks every five minutes, while Instant is described as its quickest alert plan. The service notes that alert speed can affect the chance of spotting tickets before they sell, but cannot guarantee a purchase.

Setting up a free alert requires no card details, and users can stop tracking from their dashboard. TicketRobin says it watches official sellers rather than touts, and provides account features, an app, and guidance on how its service works.
