## Description

Tickets9 is a fan-to-fan ticket marketplace operated by Tickets9 Ltd, designed to make buying and reselling tickets fairer. The platform connects people looking for tickets to concerts, festivals and other live events with fans who can no longer attend. Every resale price is capped at the amount the seller originally paid, plus applicable booking fees, so sellers cannot add a mark-up. Ticket costs and fees are itemised, with the platform fee shown at checkout.

Buyers can search available listings or set a free alert for an event; Tickets9 emails them when a matching ticket is listed. Orders include secure checkout, verified tickets and a money-back buyer guarantee. Sellers can list spare tickets in minutes at no cost and are paid when a fan buys them. The site also features event and artist listings, popular genres and cities, and a blog. Through its marketplace and support services, Tickets9 aims to help tickets find new fans at fair prices, with no mark-ups.
