Saarbrücken is a dedicated animal welfare organization operating the Bertha Bruch Animal Shelter in Alt-Saarbrücken, near the French border. Annually, the shelter cares for around 500 animals, including dogs, cats, and small pets, many of whom are rescued strays or abandoned animals. The mission of the organization is to provide temporary care and seek permanent, loving homes for these animals. At the Bertha Bruch-Tierheim, potential pet owners can find a variety of adorable companions, from rabbits and guinea pigs to cats and dogs, each waiting for their forever family. The shelter emphasizes responsible pet adoption by consulting with prospective pet owners about the specific needs and characteristics of their animals. Tierschutzverein Saarbrücken actively encourages community involvement through donations, sponsorships, and volunteer work, as well as membership opportunities. Their commitment to animal welfare is unwavering, aiming to ensure every animal receives the love and care they deserve, both in the shelter and after adoption. ## Industries - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Animals _(under Pets and Animals)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/tierheim_saarbruecken) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idp40WMqqL/w/150/h/187/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1727789719122) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Fruit Salad | #4cae4c | accent | | Ship Gray | #3d3d3e | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Catamaran — asset _(google)_ - Catamaran — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
