## Description

Tiger Wests Little Athletics is a community sports club serving children and families in Auburn, New South Wales. Based at Wyatt Park, the club has been part of the local area for more than 40 years and welcomes athletes aged 4 to 16, from beginners to children seeking a competitive pathway. Its season runs from September to March, with Friday evening training and competitions featuring age-appropriate sprints, long jump, high jump, shot put, discus and, for older athletes, javelin. Children take part in four to six events each week, while families can enjoy a sausage sizzle and free bananas after competition. The club emphasizes participation, personal improvement and a friendly, inclusive atmosphere, with parents involved alongside their children. Results are shared promptly, and end-of-season awards recognize improvement. Athletes who wish to progress may represent Tiger Wests at Zone, Regional and State championships. The club offers a two-week free trial, season registration options, uniforms for new members, and practical guidance through its handbook.
