## Description

Budapesti Tigrisek SE is a martial arts club based in Budapest’s 18th district, offering ITF Taekwon-do and kick-box training for children and adults, from beginners to black belts. Founded in 2002, the club combines martial arts instruction with a supportive, family-oriented community where respect, discipline, confidence, and perseverance are central. Its programs include playful movement and Taekwon-do classes for preschoolers, training for school-age children, adult Taekwon-do, kick-box, and self-defence instruction. Participants can develop fitness, flexibility, coordination, and practical techniques through activities such as pad and bag work, sparring, forms, and conditioning. The club also offers free self-defence sessions and welcomes newcomers with a free first training session. Members have opportunities to take belt examinations, attend camps and seminars, and participate in competitions and demonstrations. Budapesti Tigrisek SE says it has developed more than 1,000 students and 24 black-belt practitioners, and its athletes have earned world and European championship titles. With experienced instructors and groups suited to different ages and levels, the club encourages members to grow both physically and mentally.
