## Description

Timbi is a boutique talent partner specializing in building high-performing technology teams across Latin America. The company helps growing businesses hire quickly while prioritizing candidate quality, cultural fit, and long-term growth. Its flexible services support both individual hires and larger, ongoing recruitment needs.

Through strategic headhunting, Timbi sources senior engineers, product leaders, and other technology specialists aligned with a client’s goals. For companies hiring frequently, its embedded talent teams manage recruiting pipelines and processes as an extension of the business. Timbi also places executive and strategic talent, including senior operators with expertise in go-to-market, risk, regulation, and digital transformation, particularly for companies expanding in Latin America. For specific technical challenges, it connects clients with vetted fractional CTOs and project-based experts for engagements such as MVP architecture, interim leadership, and audits.

Timbi takes a consultative, adaptable approach, aligning recruitment strategies with each company’s needs. Whether supporting a key appointment or helping build a remote team across borders, it aims to deliver the right talent to accelerate business plans.
