## Description

Timeless is a Berlin-based collectibles investment brand operated by New Horizon GmbH, founded in 2018. Its mission is to make rare collectibles more accessible, affordable and tradable by allowing people to invest in fractions of valuable items through a digital platform. The collection spans watches, cars and other vehicles, art, whisky, sneakers, wine, trading cards and memorabilia.

Timeless uses data-driven research and an expert network to source potential assets, which are authenticated and verified before being offered to investors. The company manages storage, insurance and maintenance while collectibles are held. Through the Timeless app, users can explore assets, invest, monitor portfolio performance and trade fractions with other investors. Purchases are available individually or through a monthly Savings Plan, with fractions starting at €50. Timeless monitors market values and may arrange a sale when an offer is received; fraction holders vote on whether to proceed. The company presents collectibles as an alternative for portfolio diversification, while warning that investments carry substantial risk and may result in the loss of capital.
