## Description

Tina Muir is the founder and CEO of Running For Real, a brand that is revolutionizing the running world. At the core of the brand is the Running For Real Podcast, hosted by Tina herself, which has garnered a massive following with over 5 million downloads and was even voted Best Fitness Podcast at the Sports Podcast Awards in 2021. The podcast is a collection of thought-provoking conversations about running, the climate emergency, and social justice. Tina's passion for running goes beyond just physical fitness; she sees it as a vehicle for social change. She believes in being vulnerable and courageous about the things that matter and encourages runners to do the same. In addition to the podcast, Tina also collaborates with the United Nations to make a positive impact on climate change. Running for Real is not just a brand, but a movement of runners who inspire each other to step out of their comfort zones and take small steps towards shaping a better world. Join Tina and her team on this incredible journey and be part of the Running For Real community.
