## Description

Tio Beto Turismo is a passenger transport company based in Palhoça, Santa Catarina, serving the Greater Florianópolis area. Founded in 1990 by José Roberto Steinbach, the business began with school transportation and a single Kombi. Its name grew from the affectionate nickname given to him by the children he drove. Today, the company is run by his three children and offers transport for school journeys, events, trips, tours, transfers and other charter needs.

With more than three decades of experience, Tio Beto serves individuals, companies, groups, churches and communities, with service options for different destinations and occasions. The company highlights professional drivers, newer vehicles, punctuality and a focus on respectful, attentive service. It operates an extensive fleet and works with partner companies, while encouraging customers to book in advance to confirm availability. Tio Beto also emphasizes clear, individualized quotes and says approved bookings are carried out as agreed. Its history includes receiving a special state-issued license in 2004 to provide intercity passenger transport, supporting its expansion beyond school services.
