# Tischtennistraining - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `tischtennistraining.ch` ## Description Tischtennistraining.ch offers inclusive table tennis as a form of health-promoting exercise in the Bern region, including Bern, Kirchberg, Gümligen and Thun. Its sessions bring together people with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cognitive impairments, wheelchair users and older adults, alongside participants without disabilities. The aim is to make movement, enjoyment and social connection accessible to people with varied abilities and health needs. Training uses short, gentle movements to support motor skills, coordination, balance, mobility and concentration. The website also presents table tennis as a playful way to build energy and encourage participation, while complementing other therapy. Participant and physiotherapist testimonials describe the enjoyment, motivation and sense of community they experience. Visitors can explore training locations and schedules, reserve a free trial session, or contact the organisation through its website. A solidarity model is intended to help ensure that everyone can take part, with supporters invited to contribute. Tischtennistraining.ch presents its approach as a welcoming, shared sporting experience where participants play together on equal terms, regardless of illness or disability. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - 🏈 Sports - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/tischtennistraining.ch) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/tischtennistraining_ch) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHH6kkebh/w/1080/h/306/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792929237774) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHH6kkebh/w/300/h/300/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792929237982) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Matisse | #2074b6 | accent | | Night Rider | #020101 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
