Its classes welcome children from age three through to adults, and are designed for people of different ages, abilities and needs. The academy aims to provide a family-friendly setting, high teaching standards and support for students working towards their individual goals. Chief Instructor Travis Bottriell is a 6th Dan master, and the academy’s instructors and senior instructors bring years of martial arts training. Instructors are qualified, insured, enhanced DBS checked and nationally recognised. They also undertake relevant training in areas including safeguarding children, first aid, and equality and diversity, and attend gradings, competitions and instructor seminars as part of their development. Alongside regular TaeKwonDo and self-defence classes, the academy offers opportunities to take part in competitions and grading events.
