## Description

TM-Town is a unique and innovative translator matching platform that aims to revolutionize the translation industry through technology and specialization. Owned and operated by ProZ.com, TM-Town serves the largest community of translators worldwide, with over 800,000 registered users since 1999. What sets TM-Town apart from other platforms is its patent-pending system that organizes its directory based on previously completed work. Translators not only showcase their skills but also upload their previous translations, which remain private. However, thanks to TM-Town's structure, these translations attract potential clients and job offers. For translators, TM-Town offers numerous benefits, including a first-of-its-kind search engine that matches them with the ideal professional translator for their specific needs, making the most of their translation memory (TM). TM-Town also prioritizes privacy, security, and confidentiality. Uploaded documents can only be accessed by the uploader, and they are not searchable or leveraged by others. The platform provides useful features such as alignment, term extraction, and glossary generation solely for the benefit of the translator. Join TM-Town today and discover a new world of translation opportunities.
