## Description

**Brand Description: Todd Schorr Gallery**

Todd Schorr Gallery showcases the vibrant and imaginative works of artist Todd Schorr, a celebrated figure in the Lowbrow art movement. Born on January 9, 1954, in New York City, and later raised in New Jersey, Schorr's artistic journey began early, inspired by fantasy films, classic cartoons, and the psychedelic art of the 1960s. Following a successful career in commercial illustration, creating album covers and movie posters for iconic artists and films, he transitioned to fine art, aiming to express his creativity without the constraints of client work.

Now based in Los Angeles, Schorr has garnered a global following, with his distinctive style blending whimsical narratives and masterful techniques reminiscent of the Old Masters. The gallery not only displays his imaginative paintings but also offers prints and special projects, inviting art enthusiasts to explore the unique visual realms Schorr conjures. The Todd Schorr Gallery stands as a testament to the rich tapestry of contemporary art influenced by the eclectic roots of its creator.
