## Description

Together Counts is a dynamic nationwide initiative dedicated to inspiring active and healthy living among children and families. Launched by the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation, now part of Healthy LifeStars, the program aims to cultivate a generation of health-conscious kids through its innovative LifeStar Challenge™. This program targets at-risk youth, motivating them to adopt healthy habits through engaging online activities centered around three core principles: setting health goals, staying active, and maintaining good nutrition.

Together Counts collaborates with a coalition of over 300 corporate and non-profit partners to deliver educational resources and community solutions aimed at promoting healthy weight management. Their offerings include toolkits for schools and families, as well as comprehensive support tailored for educators. Established programs have garnered accolades from notable educational technology organizations for their effectiveness and innovative content, showcasing their commitment to enhancing learning environments. With a mission to empower individuals to live healthier lives, Together Counts is paving the way for wholesome communities across America.
