## Description

Tokheim Stoneware is a renowned brand that has been creating exquisite wheel-thrown stoneware pottery and sculptures since 1973. With a keen attention to detail, our work is inspired by the beauty of Scandinavian folk art. Our unique pieces showcase intricate designs, including ale hens, horsehead handles, and turned bowls adorned with ornamental vines. We take pride in our collectible and functional pieces, which blend simplicity and sophistication by incorporating wood, metal, textiles, and light. In fact, Tokheim Stoneware is even part of the permanent collection at the prestigious Norwegian-American Vesterheim Museum. Our artwork has also been featured in international exhibitions, as well as in the book Norwegian Folk Art, The Migration of a Tradition. Nestled in the rural landscape of Lac Qui Parle County, Minnesota, our studio and gallery welcome visitors. Whether you're a pottery enthusiast or new to our craft, we invite you to experience the magic of Tokheim Stoneware firsthand. Call us at 320-769-2142 for an appointment or simply drop by.
