- **Website:** <https://tomonimentalhealth.org>
- **Primary alias:** `tomonimentalhealth.org`

## Description

Its central message, “It takes the whole village,” reflects its aim of helping adults and communities recognize when a young person may need support. tomoni provides scientifically grounded live online training for adults connected with children and teenagers, including parents and relatives, teachers, school staff, and people involved in sport and leisure. The training helps participants identify possible signs of mental illness and support young people in seeking professional help. Sessions are currently available to book flexibly and free of charge. tomoni emphasizes that diagnosis and treatment belong to qualified professionals and are not part of its training. For teenagers, the organization offers the podcast “It Takes the Whole Village.” Its programs are shaped with input from scientific and educational advisory boards, a network of caregivers, and young people and adults with lived experience. Through these learning resources and collaborations, tomoni encourages shared responsibility for young people’s mental health.
