## Description

Tonto Gravity Riders (TGR) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to improving the Pinal Mountain Trail System for the Tonto National Forest. Its members are outdoor enthusiasts and mountain bikers, including experienced trail volunteers who have worked together on projects across Arizona. The group focuses on sustainable trail care and on creating welcoming, safe recreation opportunities for people of all skill levels.

TGR supports the restoration, maintenance, and redevelopment of trails by organizing public volunteer workdays and providing hands-on help. It also acts as an ambassador for responsible mountain biking, promotes environmentally sound trail use, and builds communication between the mountain biking community and the Globe Ranger District. Through volunteer participation and public donations, the organization aims to support the U.S. Forest Service’s sustainable recreation mission and improve experiences for all trail users.

The website shares information about volunteer events, past trail work, projects, and the Pinal Mountain Trail System, including Telephone, Six Shooter, Icehouse Canyon, and Kellner Canyon trails.
