## Description

Tony Gaga Foundation is a registered Nigerian nonprofit that supports vulnerable communities and funds verified organizations working to improve lives. Established in 2025, the Foundation focuses on directing grants to nonprofits with demonstrated community impact, using an application and due-diligence process that checks registration documents, governance, and program readiness. Approved partners can also access capacity-building resources and the Foundation’s network.

Its programs address education, healthcare, food assistance, disaster relief, and youth empowerment. Support includes scholarships, learning materials and school infrastructure; medical outreach, maternal care and essential treatment; school meals and emergency food assistance; rapid relief for communities affected by flooding and other emergencies; and skills training, mentorship and seed support for young people. The Foundation also provides direct grants to verified nonprofits delivering work in these areas.

Tony Gaga Foundation emphasizes transparency through documented verification, open reporting, and annual audited financial reports. It invites eligible organizations to apply for verification and funding, while encouraging donors to support initiatives tied to measurable outcomes.
