## Description

Top Growth Marketing (TGM) is a full-stack growth marketing agency founded in 2011 by Jack Paxton. It partners with direct-to-consumer and Shopify eCommerce brands to build profitable, sustainable growth through coordinated digital marketing. The agency works with businesses ranging from $100,000 to more than $25 million in annual revenue, with a focus on seven- and eight-figure brands.

TGM manages paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, alongside email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo. Its services also include influencer and creator advertising, search and shopping campaigns, creative strategy and production, analytics, reporting, and broader eCommerce growth planning. The team supports customer acquisition and retention, developing campaigns designed to attract new buyers and encourage repeat purchases.

TGM describes its approach as data-driven and collaborative, using performance metrics to guide decisions and aligning marketing activity with contribution margin. It also uses AI-accelerated workflows while keeping strategy and approvals in human hands. The agency reports managing more than $336 million in ad spend and generating over $783 million in client revenue.
