## Description

TornHelper is a browser-based tool for Torn City players who want to find targets, plan attacks and support their faction’s activity. It connects through Torn’s official API using a read-only key, which stays in the user’s browser for routine requests. Players can use it to find levelling targets, identify chain targets ranked by fair fight, check a chain timer, browse open bounties and players who attacked them, and scout factions to see potential targets. The service also lets users save player lists for later reference.

TornHelper offers different API key options, including a recommended custom key with only the permissions it uses. A limited key unlocks additional features such as fair-fight calculations, while a public key supports basic tools. Optional sharing can contribute anonymous estimates based on attacks, and faction features include shared tools and war-room functions. Faction HQ and company tools are identified as coming soon.
