## Description

Toro Bravo is a small grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team based in Weert, Netherlands. The club welcomes people of all ages and experience levels, including those new to martial arts, and emphasizes a relaxed atmosphere, personal contact, and attentive coaching in small groups. Training is suitable for people seeking to improve fitness, pursue recreational sport, or develop competitively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling.

The program includes no-gi submission grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling basics, and MMA striking, with sessions scheduled throughout the week. Toro Bravo also offers an MMA beginners’ course introducing kickboxing, takedowns, and submissions. Prospective members can try a free first lesson, and beginners can join the course after it has started when places are available. Membership options include unlimited monthly training for €45 or one class per week for €35. Both plans provide access to an online environment for reviewing beginner-course lessons. Toro Bravo shares training videos through its YouTube channel and offers a welcoming setting for learning martial arts at an individual pace.
