## Description

Watchers is a Portuguese retailer and distributor specializing in fine watches and jewellery. Established in 1994, it is part of the Torres group and serves as the exclusive representative in Portugal for several international watch and jewellery brands. Its portfolio includes Bell & Ross, Cvstos, Franck Muller, Graham, Junghans, Maurice Lacroix, Norqain, Oris and Raymond Weil. Through its online store, customers can browse watches, rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, including new releases, popular models and timeless designs. The site highlights collections such as Raymond Weil’s solar-powered watches and Norqain’s lightweight, shock-resistant Wild ONE models, alongside selected pieces from other represented brands. Watchers also provides information about official retail partners across Portugal, helping customers find a nearby shop. Its services include customer support and access to watchmaking technical assistance, as well as practical guidance on orders, exchanges, returns, shipping and refunds. The company also publishes editorial content about watch collections and design through Espiral do Tempo, connecting customers with products, brand stories and developments in contemporary watchmaking.
