## Description

Total Raptor Experience (TReX), founded in 2014 by passionate wildlife advocates David, Terry, and Antonella, is dedicated to fostering public understanding and appreciation for birds of prey while promoting environmental conservation. Based in California, TReX offers unique experiences that allow participants to engage closely with raptors, thereby encouraging empathy and awareness of the ecological challenges these magnificent creatures face today.

With a team of experts, including Master Falconer Terry Lockwood and trained falconer Antonella Zampolli, the organization combines their love for avian wildlife with educational initiatives. Participants can enjoy hands-on experiences such as parahawking, where they soar alongside trained raptors, providing a rare opportunity to witness natural behaviors in flight. TReX operates out of scenic locations such as Torrey Pines Gliderport and Ramona, California, and is committed to incorporating personal experience as a powerful tool for conservation education. Through their engaging programs, TReX connects people with nature, inspiring a collective responsibility to protect wildlife and habitats in an increasingly developed world.
