Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS) is dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to wellness in Singapore, focusing on both physical and mental health as well as lifestyle guidance. With a belief that empowering individuals is the key to achieving overall well-being and preventing various health concerns, TWIS has curated and generated a collection of easily digestible resources centered around a 10-dimensional perspective of wellness. Since its establishment in August 2021, TWIS has grown to involve over 100 volunteers and has spearheaded various initiatives. These include partnering with organizations and schools to conduct wellness planning workshops, collaborating with community groups to co-create wellness initiatives, and educating the community through the sharing of over 400 unique wellness-related pieces of content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their website. Total Wellness Initiative Singapore is committed to helping individuals take the first step towards prioritizing their well-being and encouraging the adoption of wellness practices in daily life.
