## Description

Tour de Gatineau is a professional women’s cycling event held in Gatineau, Québec, and described as Canada’s premier women’s race. Relaunched in 2023, it brings together elite riders and professional teams from the UCI World Tour and Continental Tour for competition on local roads. The event is classified UCI 1.1 and attracts athletes from more than nine countries.

The 2026 program features two races: an individual time trial on September 16 and a road race on September 17. The next edition, scheduled for September 15–17, 2027, is set to add the criterium back to the program. Beyond the racing, Tour de Gatineau provides spectator information, course and road-closure details, volunteer opportunities, and live coverage through FloBikes. It also promotes eco-responsibility and welcomes prospective partners and donations. The event’s Loto-Vélo 50/50 draw supports Tour de Gatineau and its partner events, including Tour de Beauce and Tour de l’Abitibi.
