## Description

Tour is a rideshare platform that connects passengers needing a trip with drivers who have available cars. Operating throughout Kuwait, the service lets riders choose a ride, set their location and request a driver with the press of a button. The app provides the driver’s photo and vehicle details, while a live map helps passengers track the driver’s arrival. Tour is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so riders can request trips without making phone calls or scheduling pickups in advance.

Designed for everyday travel and business needs, Tour promotes rides for commutes and work trips that can be more cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Its app features include real-time ETA predictions, in-app chat, customer referrals and an emergency SOS button. After a trip, riders can rate their driver and submit anonymous feedback to help improve the service. Tour also offers a separate driver app and invites drivers to apply, with information available about how the service works, driver requirements, safety and service areas.
