## Description

TPASS is an innovative public transportation initiative aimed at providing affordable and convenient travel options for citizens, thereby reducing their transportation burden. By encouraging the transition from private vehicles to public transport, TPASS seeks to increase public transit ridership and minimize traffic accidents. The program features the TPASS commuter monthly ticket, designed in collaboration with local governments to create tailored monthly ticket solutions for various cities.

Users can utilize both physical and virtual ticket options, including existing electronic tickets or the specially designed TPASS card, with a nominal card fee subsidized by the government. This initiative not only alleviates commuting costs for residents traveling to urban areas but also promotes balanced regional development by relieving congestion and supporting community connectivity. With a funding commitment of 20 billion from 2023 to 2025, TPASS is dedicated to enhancing the public transport framework while fostering economic resilience and ensuring that all citizens can share in the benefits of an efficient transit system.
