## Description

TR Performance is an individualized running coaching service founded by Travis Mahoney, a four-time US Olympic Trials qualifier, former professional runner, and coach of national champions. Drawing on 12 years of professional racing, more than a decade of coaching, and a degree in exercise physiology, Mahoney develops training for athletes seeking long-term progress in track, road, and cross country. The program serves runners from high school through professional and masters levels, with coaching across events ranging from 55 meters to 5,000 meters.

Training combines exercise science and physiology with personal guidance, motivation, and a focus on sustainable development. Each athlete receives an individual program designed to build a strong foundation, support performance, and help reduce the risks of injury and burnout. Athletes learn the purpose behind each training block and how to apply it on race day.

TR Performance offers coaching plans, an athlete intake process, and the option to book a call with Coach Mahoney. The site also features coaching results, athlete stories, a pace calculator, and a store.
