Training Resources of America (TRA) is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing high-quality education, employment, and training services in Massachusetts since 1975. TRA is dedicated to improving the lives of educationally and economically disadvantaged youth and adults. Our programs have helped thousands of individuals achieve their goals, such as enhancing their basic reading, language, and math skills, improving their English speaking and comprehension abilities, and obtaining a High School Equivalency Credential.

We also focus on developing new skills, building self-confidence, and assisting in finding and maintaining gainful employment.
