## Description

Trailyn VC is a pioneering venture capital fund based in Los Angeles, California, focused on empowering untapped deep-tech founders. Our mission is to help diverse deep-tech innovators and trailblazers shine, as we believe that they hold the key to unlocking immense value in the market. In fact, research by Morgan Stanley estimates that VCs could be missing out on up to $4 trillion in value by not investing in more diverse founders. It's a statistic that drives us to create change.

At Trailyn VC, we have seen the tangible benefits of investing in diverse founding teams. According to Kauffman Fellows, diverse teams have returned 3.3x, compared to homogenous teams returning 2.5x. Additionally, Boston Consulting Group found that companies with diverse management teams have 19% higher revenue due to innovation.

Led by award-winning CTO and VC Fund Manager, Barbara Bickham, our team brings extensive experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and fundraising. We are proud to have Barbara as the host of the Female VC Lab Podcast, providing insightful conversations on the journey of female VCs, investors, GPs, and LPs.

Join our Deep Tech Lab and become part of a community that fosters innovation, growth, and inclusivity.
