Training for Change is a training and capacity building organization dedicated to supporting activists and organizers. With over 25 years of experience, we believe that strong training and group facilitation are essential to creating social justice and radical change. We offer a wide range of programs and services that empower individuals and organizations to effectively advocate for their causes. Whether it's campaign strategy retreats for community groups, facilitation training for union leaders, or de-escalation skills for immigrant rights groups, our training programs cater to diverse issues and sectors. Our Direct Education approach goes beyond teaching new skills by encouraging conflict resolution, challenging self-limiting beliefs, and fostering emotional intelligence.
