## Description

TrainingMagNetwork is a leading platform for social learning and networking among learning professionals and thought leaders. They offer a comprehensive range of products and services to support the learning and development (L&D) needs of organizations. One of their notable offerings is the upcoming release of the first-ever ISO standard on L&D metrics. This groundbreaking standard, expected to be published in June, provides essential guidance for the selection and reporting of key L&D metrics. It includes 52 recommended metrics for large organizations and 19 for small/medium-sized organizations. The standard also provides clear definitions, formulas, and illustrations to facilitate the effective use of these metrics. As a member of ISO Technical Committee 260 Working Group 2 Metrics, TrainingMagNetwork is at the forefront of developing this standard. They are proud to invite you to learn about this exciting new development from Executive Director David Vance, an industry expert with a wealth of experience in human capital measurement and best practices. Join TrainingMagNetwork to stay informed about the latest advances in L&D metrics and be among the first to benefit from this game-changing ISO standard.
