Training People L.A. is a human-resource training and development consultancy based in Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The organisation says it has 32 years of experience across several Latin American countries and has trained more than 100,000 people. Its programs draw on neuroscience, scientific graphology, nonverbal communication and other coaching methods to support personal and workplace development.

For businesses, Training People L.A. offers leadership and communication training, team-building programs, sales and customer-service workshops, workplace-dynamics sessions, and graphology workshops for recruitment and human-resources professionals. Its tailored services aim to strengthen collaboration, resolve conflict, identify team strengths and improve workplace performance.
