Dario Mulder is a running and HYROX coaching brand founded by hybrid athlete and Hybrid Performance Coach Dario Mulder. Drawing on his own transformation from 110 kilos to endurance athlete, Dario brings personal experience and a practical understanding of long-term change to his coaching. His athletic achievements include a 2:43:18 marathon, a 1:15:47 half marathon, a 34:54 10K and a 59:32 HYROX solo finish.
