## Description

Tramstoria is a history and heritage association founded in Avignon in late 2008 by historians and history enthusiasts. Its purpose is to make historical and heritage culture accessible, encourage research, and bring the traces of the past in collective memory to wider attention. The association serves people of different ages and experience levels, including individuals, schools, universities, local authorities, associations, and audiovisual professionals.

Its activities include events, conferences, exhibitions, discovery tours, and workshops exploring historical sources and materials. Topics range from antiquity and the Middle Ages to broader journeys across the centuries. Tramstoria also offers tailored guidance for historical research and writing, including support with codicology and paleography, and helps share research through publications and books.

Alongside these services, Tramstoria has developed a regularly updated resource centre for historians and other history enthusiasts. Its resources include libraries and texts covering antiquity, the medieval period, modern and contemporary history, as well as materials for young readers.
