TransFamily Support Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding transgender and non-binary youth and their families through the gender transitioning process. Our goal is to make this experience as positive as possible by providing comprehensive support and resources. Our services include family coaching, assistance with healthcare and insurance issues, help navigating the legal system, and support at schools.

We offer a range of programs and services to ensure that families have access to the information and support they need. This includes insurance assistance to help with denials and approval for affirming surgeries, education and professional training sessions to create a deeper understanding of transgender and nonbinary identities, and mentorship opportunities for youth. All of our services are provided free of charge.
