Welcome to Transforming Center, where we create space for God to strengthen the souls of leaders and transform communities. For 20 years, we have provided retreats, relationships, and resources for those seeking God in the crucible of leadership. Our retreats invite leaders, both in and outside the Church, to experience the power of ancient sacred rhythms in the context of a safe and loving community. From 2-day retreats to 2-year journeys, we offer immersive training experiences on spiritual formation themes and practices, accompanied by companions from diverse backgrounds and theological traditions. In addition to our retreats, we offer Transforming Resources®, including books, podcasts, articles, and teachings designed to guide and support your spiritual journey, equipping and empowering you to lead others. Our latest book, The Goodness is in the Rhythm by Ruth Haley Barton, offers hard-won wisdom on the rhythms of work and rest.
