TransHub is ACON's digital platform dedicated to providing comprehensive information and resources for all trans and gender diverse (TGD) individuals in New South Wales, along with their loved ones, allies, and healthcare providers. As a leading health organization specializing in community health, inclusion, and HIV responses, ACON created TransHub to address the critical need for clear and accessible information on gender affirmation and healthcare in NSW. This platform offers valuable insights into social, medical, and legal affirmation, as well as a wealth of health and support resources. TransHub is inclusive of all gender identities, including non-binary, genderqueer, and transsexual individuals. Through collaboration with the TGD community and various organizations, TransHub provides downloadable resources, language guides, and advocacy tools to empower individuals to navigate their gender journey with confidence.
