## Description

Translytica is an independent operations and technology practice led by Salvador H. Bou, an industrial engineer and Georgia Tech graduate based in Tampa, Florida. Applying systems engineering to complex service operations, Bou brings experience from commercial aviation and enterprise technology to the healthcare sector. He now directs the operations and technology behind a family-owned, multi-site pediatric practice, supporting its growth from one clinician to four.

Translytica’s work spans staffing design, appointment and demand forecasting, operating protocols, human resources, financial planning, patient experience, and the integration of scheduling and patient-portal systems. It also develops purpose-built software and automation for daily operations. Its forecasting models help inform appointment capacity, staffing, and vaccine inventory, while its vaccine platform includes barcode scanning.

The practice’s flagship project, TitanOS, is a connected back-office system intended to replace scattered spreadsheets and scripts. Its functions include project management, an employee portal, provider on-call systems, vaccine forecasting, financial planning, bookkeeping, and customer relationship management. Translytica welcomes conversations about practice operations, transitions, and partnerships.
