## Description

Eva Terhorst is a Berlin-based crisis and grief counsellor and author whose work focuses on supporting people through bereavement and difficult life experiences. Through her website, she shares information and resources for those seeking guidance in grief, including articles on grief work, practical skills and exercises, interviews, and creative prompts. Her books address experiences such as losing a mother or father and learning to live alone after loss; selected titles are also available as audiobooks, narrated by Irina Scholz. Terhorst offers a newsletter magazine, “Auf dem Weg,” with reflections and contributions related to crises and grief, alongside a podcast featuring conversations on these subjects. Visitors can also find updates, upcoming dates, and information about her offerings, as well as follow her work through social media and messaging channels. With a compassionate, accessible approach, Eva Terhorst brings together personal guidance, written and audio resources, and ongoing content to help people find support and orientation while navigating grief and change.
