## Description

The Transgender Resource Center of Long Island (TRCLI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming communities in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Founded by individuals from these communities alongside their families and allies, TRCLI aims to create a safe and inclusive space for connection and empowerment.

The center offers a wide range of programs including support groups, workshops, educational events, and resources for updating vital records. It also provides access to transgender-friendly healthcare and housing assistance. Regular peer support groups, such as the Epicene group, foster community among participants, while advocacy initiatives seek to elevate the voices of marginalized individuals.

TRCLI is committed to inclusivity and education, organizing events that promote community building and awareness. Through donations and volunteer support, the organization continues to enhance its services, ensuring no one is left behind in the fight for equality and understanding. Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of many.
