Sessions take place in the studio or at home and can be individual or in small groups of up to two participants, providing an alternative for people who are less comfortable in larger groups. The approach is person-centred, welcoming and non-judgmental: participants are encouraged to be themselves and explore activities at their own pace and within their abilities. Through visual art and creative engagement, treARThuis supports self-expression, personal development and social connection. Activities also bring together art, culture, knowledge and history, with attention to each person’s experiences and interests.
