Founded in 2017, Treebath was created by Oskar and Nicole Elmgart, inspired by their love for the outdoors and their desire to help their children disconnect from technology. Their journey began with the Explorers Program, a Swedish after school program that Oskar attended as a child.

The success of this program led them to expand their offerings to include adult Forest Therapy programs. Treebath's Forest Therapy format incorporates various therapeutic and wellness practices proven to improve mental health. All of their guides meet the highest standards in disciplines such as forest therapy, social work, and horticultural therapy.

Led by Certified Forest Therapy Practitioners, their team members are trained in first aid and CPR to ensure the safety of all participants. With a simple mission to bring adults and children back outside, Treebath is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with nature and find peace in the great outdoors
