## Description

Trees For Life is a vital environmental organization based in South Australia, dedicated to combating the severe effects of land clearing and preserving the region’s biodiversity since its inception in 1981. With local knowledge and a long-standing commitment, they engage communities in safeguarding bushland, farmland, and urban terrains, aiming to create lasting ecological change. The organization operates several impactful programs, including Bush For Life and the Tree Scheme, which facilitate the protection and revegetation of South Australia's landscapes. Notably, Trees For Life has successfully protected 4,000 hectares of bushland and grown over 35 million trees statewide.

With a passionate supporter base of 7,000 members and 2,000 active volunteers, Trees For Life also emphasizes education and community involvement, hosting approximately 100 programs and workshops each month. Beyond their environmental efforts, they offer various services such as revegetation, carbon offsets, and a nursery for native plants. By empowering individuals to take action and connect with nature, Trees For Life strives to ensure a sustainable future for the environment and its inhabitants.
