## Description

TreeSisters is a UK-registered charity and global movement working to restore forests, support communities, and strengthen people’s relationship with the living world. The organisation funds ethical, community-led tree-planting projects in partnership with women, Indigenous peoples, and local communities. Its approach connects ecological restoration with social justice, recognising that forests are better protected when the people who depend on them are respected and resourced. TreeSisters reports that it has funded more than 28 million trees, helping restore biodiverse forests and habitats and safeguard endangered species.

Beyond reforestation, TreeSisters promotes the Rights of Nature and offers ways to connect with and advocate for the natural world. Its website features information on active and past restoration projects, nature connection activities, meditations, seasonal resources, and campaigns. Supporters can donate, become regular givers, fundraise, or explore business partnerships. The charity also shares news, stories, events, and updates through its blog and mailing list. Through these programmes, TreeSisters invites people to take part in building a greener, more equal future.
