# Jan Tichý - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `trenervsetin.cz` ## Description Jan Tichý is a personal and sports trainer based in Vsetín, Czech Republic, offering individualized coaching for people of varied ages and abilities. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, he works with beginners, recreational athletes and competitors, tailoring each session to the client’s goals, needs and physical abilities rather than relying on standard training plans. His training covers strength and conditioning using kettlebells, weights, TRX and bodyweight exercises, alongside mobility, stability and compensatory work addressing movement limitations. Jan also provides individual Jiu Jitsu and grappling instruction, preparation for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and conditioning for combat-sport athletes. He has practiced BJJ since 2009, earned a black belt in 2020, and has competitive experience across IBJJF, AJP, ADCC and Czech and Slovak events. Sessions take place at Valachien Gym, his training space in Vsetín, equipped for strength and conditioning, bodyweight work and combat sports. Clients can arrange a session by phone or email, with training planned around their schedules and objectives. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/tichytrener) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idMf7qt2Y-/w/3076/h/2893/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793646788766) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idMf7qt2Y-/w/937/h/937/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793646789132) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tussock | #c89b50 | accent | | Cod Gray | #0f0f0f | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Sukhumvit Set — asset _(custom)_ - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
