## Description

Triangle Ecycling is a triple bottom line brand that specializes in collecting, refurbishing, and recycling computers and electronics. With a strong focus on education and community engagement, their mission is to repurpose computers for good. They offer free computer recycling services to businesses and individuals in the community, as well as discounted computer sales. Corporations looking to donate computers with a social purpose can call for pickup, and data destruction is guaranteed. Triangle Ecycling also provides secure document shredding services. They have a sustainable computer tech education lab where high school students are trained in refurbishing computers, learning about environmental and humanitarian issues surrounding ewaste, sustainable business models, and private enterprise giving back to the community. Refurbished computers are donated to local nonprofits supporting children's education and are also sold at below-market prices to address Digital Equity issues. Triangle Ecycling takes the responsibility of handling client data securely and ethically very seriously, ensuring compliance with regulations. Hard drives are wiped or physically destroyed according to NIST 800-88 standards. All recycling is processed by their R2 Certified recycling partner. Triangle Ecycling aims to change the perspective of surplus computer disposal, transforming it into a Corporate Social Responsibility opportunity. In addition, they donate 10% of their profits to the Durham Public Schools Foundation to support innovation and equity in schools. Triangle Ecycling is committed to supporting sustainability, community outreach, and education. For more information on how your business can benefit from these trends, contact Larry Herst, Founder/CEO, at 919.414.3041.
