Welcome to Triangle Academy of Jiu-Jitsu in Franklin, TN! We are a world-class martial arts academy specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with a strong emphasis on Judo and Wrestling. Our goal is to provide students of all ages with a friendly, positive, and challenging environment to grow, test themselves, and become empowered. For young children aged 5-8, we offer the Ninjas Program, which introduces them to the basics of Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling through drills, games, and live sparring matches. As they progress, they also learn about different types of bullying and how to stand up for themselves safely. Our Juniors Program, designed for ages 9-13, focuses on technique, conditioning, and fostering a strong work ethic. Students learn new Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling techniques, drill basic moves, and spar with teammates to develop their skills. They also refine their social skills through interactions with coaches and peers, learning about friendship and sportsmanship. We also have programs for adults, including the Fundamentals Program for beginners and the Mastery Program for intermediate/advanced students. Our classes cover takedowns, positions, submissions, escapes, and more.
