## Description

Tribe Meditation is a wellness boutique and studio serving the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and Long Island, New York, with offerings also available virtually and across the wider Tri-State area. Founded by USAF veteran, author, and healing practitioner Kengela Charriez, the brand creates a welcoming space for mind, body, and soul wellness, bringing people together through holistic practices and community events.

Its services include guided meditation, Reiki, and yoga. Reiki offerings include Ras Tafari Reiki, distance Reiki, and crystal and chakra Reiki, with sessions focused on relaxation and stress reduction. The studio also presents Reggae Restorative Yoga, a meditative practice emphasizing rest and the connection between body and mind. Meditation gatherings offer space for calming the mind and exploring guided visualizations.

Tribe Meditation hosts events, workshops, and one-to-one appointments, and can be invited to lead wellness weekends or retreats. Its Ras Tafari Reiki experience combines Reiki with Rastafari teachings and may include plant medicine, customized to the client’s needs.
